After my children graduated from high school and ventured out of the house to explore their own lives, I decided to seek opportunities to show my kids how amazing it is to try new things and experience as much as possible. Should we limit ourselves to ONE passion? Shouldn’t we be able to experience many things in life and not be limited to only one goal? A frog navigating her way across the pond needs to hop over many lily pads. As she skips across each one it leads her closer to a new passion. That is how I feel about my adventures. Each one is a lily pad of curiosity that has led me to a new passion. Every book we read, every adventure we take, every discussion we have with another strengthens our life experience.
